Heres the example or question.
You have a vampire that has 5 blood on it..
Another vampire does some additional strike, presses, etc to do 10 points of
damage at close range.. He Uses Pull Fangs which does one aggravated damage
is this Vampire burnt...
I say its not until a second point of aggravated damage in ths same round is
cause, since the first point of aggravated damage causes no points of damage.

Correct. 2 points of aggravated damage from a single source are required to
burn a vamp with zero blood, even if he was already on his way to torpor.

Peace Beth,
Correct, a vampire is NEVER burned by a strike doing one aggr dam. Burning a
vampire always requires X+2 aggr dam, where X is the target vamps current blood
pool.

Hi James,
The ammunition card "Dragonbreath rounds" adds two aggrevated
damage, is this applied before or after the regular damage? (It makes a
BIG difference....)

Regular damage is always applied before any aggravated damage, assuming
they are resolved in the same strike resolution phase. This is a
clarification from the DT.
