You must always choose a strike, even if it's hands. Note that you're
allowed to pick a strike that will be useless, such as hands when the round
is at long range.

Cards can only interact with contested vampires if they specificially

Yes. The D symbol overrides the normal rules for who you can bleed.

You get the edge any time you bleed successfully; who you bled is
irreelvant.

Yes. All dodges are strikes, even if a card forgets to say so.

You only need a Tremere to play the AHD. Once it's out, you don't
need to keep having ready Tremere in order to use it, and you can put
it on a vampire of any clan (or Caitiff).

You play it as the vote begins. If the vote ties, the person who called
the vote loses 1 pool. If the vote fails completely, the person who
called the vote loses 1 pool plus 1 for each vote it failed by. If
the vote is successful, I believe the Network does nothing, but it is possible
to read the card as cancelling the vote. This is being check with the
design team.
