Pentex Subversion is played on a vampire. Is that vampire capable of playing action modifiers and reaction cards? For example, a vampire affected by Pentex Subversion attempts to play Hidden Lurker - is this legal? Based on the wording of the card, it would appear to be legal, but seems to go against the spirit of the card. Thanks in advance. Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/

For example, a vampire If he was capable of playing them before being subverted, yes. Card text gives no indication that the ability to play action modifiers or reactions is affected. > affected by Pentex Subversion attempts to play Hidden Lurker - is this > legal? If he's untapped and ready and the acting minion (controlled by the same Methuselah) just finished combat with a blocking minion, sure. > Based on the wording of the card, it would appear to be legal, but > seems to go against the spirit of the card. Not unlike Baubling a guy into an Assault Rifle and later Raving it onto the vamp who played the Bauble in the first place.
