Regarding "Tara, The Hollow One (Mage)"
She has an odd special ability. It is apparently supposed to be
significant, because she is otherwise extremly underpowered compared to
"Outcast Mage" who is not unique and costs the same pool.
However, since one cannot take directed actions against oneself, whe can
only use her special ability is some *other* methuselah is playing Ravnos,
and that Ravnos has equipment. Even so, that rival Methuselah is likely
to get the cost in blood for his vampire out of the deal.
I suspect that the intent of the card was to enable the Ravnos to gain
blood by cashing in stolen equipment, and that action was only supposed to
be (D) if targeting a Ravnos controlled by another Methuselah.

Solid argument. I'll pass it on to the RT for possible errata.
