Scott, Are you considering the answer to these questions/comments? At least the one for Festivo dello Estinto? I'm still confused about the difference between cards that change how existing innate actions are performed vs. cards that eliminate an existing innate action and substitutes another, card-based action in its place. Perhaps your ruling is simply that the former does not exist? Perhaps your ruling is > simply that the former does not exist? No. Festivo doesn't replace the cardless bleed action. The vampire performs a cardles bleed action as normal. It isn't performing some action granted by FdE, since FdE doesn't offer any new action. LoC and WoN, on the other hand, state in card text that they offer a new action that is to be taken instead of the cardless hunt action. Hence, action by card in play. Card text. Like the difference between Ozmo's "+1 bleed" (not an action by card in play) versus Rafaele's "bleed your predator as a (D) action" (action by card in play). -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
