Yes, you can. As you state, there is no restriction on ready or not.

The only restriction is on blocking and taking actions. Playing
reaction cards that are not part of a block attempt are perfectly
legal under the effect of Pentex Subversion.

No, as you need to strike with the weapon in order to get the
+2 hand damage. A strike with a weapon is not a hand strike and could
not use his weapon under Immortal Grapple.

Each clan in the Camarilla chooses a representative at the Conclaves,
large gatherings of vampires for mainly political discussion. They
are also responsible for choosing the Justicars. The Justicars'
official duty is enforcing the will of the Inner Circle.

Archons are chosen or created by Justicars to serve them. Justicars
can choose any vampire to be their Archon, including independents
like Assamites, but they may feel political repurcussions from such
selections. Justicars and Archons have nearly free reign as long as
they don't do anything too drastic. If you've got a Justicar or
Archon watching you, you'd better watch out.
