I have questions about two cards from Sabbat, first a vampire:
Dominique Ventrue Antitribu
Capacity: 7 Disciplines: ani AUS dom FOR vic
Sabbat: As a (D) action, Dominique may put a vandal counter on a
location. If a location has a number of vandal counters equal to its
cost, burn it.
Artist: Tim Bradstreet & Grant Goleash
What's up with 0-cost locations?
a) Instant burn when Dominique enters play.
b) Cannot be burned by Dominique.
c) Is burned when the first vandal counter is put on it.
Personally I think c) is the most reasonable, while a) would be too
harsh and
b) would make no sense (Why would some locations be impossible to
vandalize?).
The other is a library card:
Scouting Mission Action Dominate
Normal: maneuver or press with weapons.
Superior: This action is at +1 stealth. A younger, uncontrolled
vampire
gains 2 blood from the blood bank.
Artist: Scott Fischer Rarity: Common
Exactly how are the inferior version supposed to work?
a) Provided the minion have a weapon, he/she can make a maneuver or
press.
b) ???
I guess a) is the way is supposed to be, but I don't like the wording
(not
implying that my wording is any better).

In her text (on the card, not the spoiler :)) it says that 0 cost locations
are the same as 1 cost locations.

I assume you read the spoiler page. The actual card has a statement in
parenteses that says "or 1 vandal counter if it has no cost."

This is correct as the actual card test is written.
