[LSJ] Question: Tariq + master discipline card + Soul Gem

Of course I did the obligatory search on this but was unable to come up with an exact similar circumstance. Tariq has the soul gem and a master discipline card, he gets burned and another Tariq is drawn from the crypt. What happens? -Noah Godwin, (Self Proclaimed) Archbishop of Durham....

Different subject, really, but could Tariq get a bunch of discipline cards, empty himself of blood, get Banishment played on him, and when I spend 7 pool + 7 transfers to bring him out (but no more cause the discipline cards are out of play), he stays full because of the extra capacity?
