A question about Bombs...

If a minions equipped with a Bomb uses the Bomb's directed action to burn a location and this action is blocked, is the minion still able to use the Bomb in combat? Later As a brood of supplements and specials may lurch from the inky loins of a Sunday newspaper, so are there many answers to every question... The bomb isn't burned until it is actually used. So, it isn't burned if the action (to burn a location) is blocked. And it isn't burned if the strike (for 5R) never resolves (i.e., combat is ended prematurely via S:CE or Rotschreck). -- L.
