Just checking, does the decision to block or not come before or after the meth goes through his library? I would say before, as going through the library is part of the action, but just checking. T

On a similar note, when playing Whispers of the Dead or using Carlotta's ability, do I have to declare which card I am fetching when I announce the action? If yes, would this be due to the fact that I'm not "searching" for a card? What about Bindasura? Do I have to announce which card I am looking for or just that I am looking for one of them?

Bum's Rush, for instance, requires you to name the minion being rushed as the action is announced; you don't wait until the Bum's Rush action is successful before naming the minion you'll be in combat with.
