Malkavian Madness Network and Meddling of Semsith

Just to make sure I've got this right... Meddling restricts my card redrawing for all methuselahs minion phases... When do my malkavians get to take their extra actions, anyhow? During the END of another methuselah's minion phase, or just after he's done taking minion phase actions (but not quite the END of his minion phase). Interpretting it in the latter case, as the card reads, a meth. with madness acting malkavians still wouldn't get his redraws, would he? A side note: With a meddling in play, I could be a crazy guy and feline sabatour my prey for like, seven and deny him a hand for the rest of my minion phase! Or, or... like play revelations and he couldn't redraw! (actually, the second part IS pretty sweet, cause now you KNOW what he has in his hand, and he isn't redrawing a better card, or a replacement for that wake you made him drop). ~SV
