Stealing equipment

A couple of weeks ago I said (in error) that if you steal a weapon, you can turn around and use it that round. The rulebook, of course, says that you can't do this, but I had forgotten to double check the rulebook before posting that (doh!). So no, there hasn't been errata to the rules in this case, I just had a memory lapse. Since there have been a couple of posts asking about that, which have scrolled off to due to overload and going on vacation last weekend, I figured I should post this.
