If you play 2 long term investments, instead of taking a master phase action, can you draw from one or both at the same time? This is assuming you only have one master phase action per round, and of course assuming that you played the longs on different turns.

You must spend one master phase action to use one, and another, separate master phase action to use the other. In a "normal" master phase, you only have one so can only use one.
