No. Uncontrolled cards (vampires in the uncontrolled region, cards in

No, the press is generated by the Trap itself, independent of either minion.
The acting minion then gets first opportunity to press (to end).

1stTrad is burned when its controller has paid 6 pool in penalties or has
skipped three turns (or is ousted, of course).
