Shackles of Enkidu question

If a vampire with Shackles only has one blood, does he go to torpor when the Shackles forces him to burn two blood? I'm sure this one will come up in our game on Friday... Thanks, Mark

If you don't have enough blood to burn against an effect like that, you just burn all the blood you have. No. Vampires ignore "burn blood" effects once they are empty. "Burn blood" is not damaging, so can never send a vampire to torpor. -- L.
