If a titled vampire has Pentex Subversion on him/her, can he/she still vote? this came up in a game we played last night and we need to settle this as a rule. Thanks y'all Matt

He can still vote, playe reaction cards, play action modifiers (like Cloak the Gathering superior), use any special abilities (except for taking actions), play cards in combat, etc. -- L.
