Hey there,
This is probably a stupid question, but I could'nt find a conclusive
answer.
How does Yong-Sun's specials (both the basic and the advanced)
interact with Imbued?
Sabbat Cardinal: As a (D) action, Yong-Sun may burn the top vampire of
your prey's crypt.
Advanced, Sabbat cardinal: Yong-Sun gets +X bleed, where X is the
number of vampires in the target Methuselah's ash heap.
Does his special treat the Imbued as normal vampires here, or?
Thanks for putting a close to a discussion I'm having with some people
on this subject.

Official (most-recent-printing) card text:
Yong-Sun may burn the top card of your prey's crypt as a (D) action
So no problem there.

No. The basic ability (burn top crypt card) works. But the +X only counts
vampires in the ash heap, and won't count imbued (or any other allies, for that
matter).

Or Memories of Mortality stopping a vampire from blocking all sorts of
non-mortal allies?
"I was a teenage War Ghoul...."
or
"Yeah I remember when I was a Shambling Horde, and all the kids picked
on me at high school... how could I hurt such a poor misunderstood mob
of zombies."
Dumbest thing EVER. Re-write card text to "mortal allies". Or even
better, "mortal non-Imbued allies". Or just ban the stupid thing. It
was printed before Imbued came out, and is even more ridiculous now
than it was originally.

Surely that honor goes to that Improvised Flamethrower you patched up in your
garage costing as much as two Learjets. ;-)

I'll reiterate my position: change the way to burn the card.
Nobody complains about Pentex Subversion, a very very powerful single vamp
hoser, because it can be burned with a reasonable cost and effort.
But Memories of Mortality is like a Pentex Subversion that stays and stays
and stays... In practise, the burn clause is too much like "let your vamp be
diablerized to get rid of this card."

Let me just add to this. Change the damn card. It's nigh impossible to
get rid of, it's way too strong, and worst of all, it's a 'sit back
and watch the game played' card.
I believe, especially with imbued around now, that it needs changing.

Just change it so it can only be played on vampires with capacity
below 7 or something and it would be fine.

Funniest thread ever ^^
but if you start counting the stupid effects, i guess you'll never end.
remember it's a card game and some tolerance is required. As a wole, the
game is still quite consistent, isn't it ?

The card should be changed because it is nigh-unremovable and
generates an effect at the extreme end of the sit-and-watch-me-play
curve. The thematic dissonance is just icing on the cake.

Callirus + a bunch of younger vampires.
Spontaneous Power for Obeah
Callirus plays Cleansing ritual on those vampires.
Totally immune to MoM.

I would, but I already only play Camarilla vampires with Fortitude to
be immune to PTO and Kiss of Ra. I suppose I could change the Master
module of every deck to:
5x Wash
5x Sudden Reversal
1x Blood Doll
1x [appropriate] Hunting Ground
That might work...

Callirus has Fortitude, so you only need to make him Camarilla by
receiving his Writ of Acceptance, or passing the Ravnos Acceptance
vote.
Of course, you would then be totally hosed by the 'Smites - Blood Clots
on Callirus, burning off the blood by Thin Blood and the likes, it's
like totally vulnerable to one of the main Tier 1 strategies of one of
the main Tier 1 clans... :)
