In article <8687468...@dejanews.com>, rai...@mich.com writes [ quoted text not captured ] Marijava Ghoul 2 blood Retainer Retainer with 2 life. The minion with this retainer gets +1 stealth when attempting an action that requires Presence. Lawrence Snelly Uncommon 1/Vampire 2 Can't see any reason why it wouldn't be, and it seems okay because if you've got one call distracting people attempting to block you (making you more stealthy) surely having two would divert more people. -- James Coupe (note spam proof e-mail address) The owls are not what they seem.

Almost everything in V:tES (and Jyhad) is cumulative. There is a restriction barring the same minion from playing the same Action Modifier more than once on a given action. But Marijava Ghoul is not an action modifier. [ quoted text not captured ]

Actually, I believe he was referring to cards like Pulse of the Kine (or whatever, can't remember offhand), Torn Signpost, and Rumors of Gehenna. In these cases, the cards set your bleed/hand damage/master actions to a specific number. You can do a bunch of Pulses but each one just keeps resetting your bleed to 3. Marijava Ghoul is different in that it gives a +1. So multiples give you more. Mike

Nice thought, but clearly not what the original poster was referring to. > In these cases, the cards set your bleed/hand damage/master actions to > a specific number. Actual Pulses give the acting vampire a +2 to bleed (so as to be additive with any inherent bleed bonus the vampire has). Card text limits it to one per vampire: Pulse of the Canaille If this the first time this card has been played on the acting vampire, the vampire gets +2 bleed on each bleed action.
