Multi-Judge System question (LSJ)

In the V:EKN Tournament Rules we can read : «2.9. Multi-Judge System The Multi-Judge System may be used at any tournament with at least eight and no more than nineteen participants (i.e., having at least two tables and no more than four tables)» If i have 20 players, i have more than 19, but i have also no more than 4 tables of 5 players. The maximum is 19 player or 20 players ? (I realy hope it's 20, but it's not my decision...) I believe it says 19 (excluding yourself) assuming that you (the coordinator) were intending to be a head judge. If you have 20 players, you really should remain a head judge and not participate. With 19, you can participate (making a total of 20) and have your 4 tables of five players, each, using the multi-judge system. Regards, R.
