If I control a tapped Miguel and my predator tries to take control of him, but I play Diamond Thunderbolt, does he untap and remain under my control, or does he also remain tapped? Miguel Camarilla: During your predator`s minion phase, your predator may burn a pool to untap and take control of Miguel until the end of the minion phase. +1 bleed. DT Master: out-of-turn. Only usable when control of a vampire you control is about to change or when a vampire you control is about to enter combat. Control of that vampire does not change, and that vampire gains 1 blood.

Untaps. Diamond Thunderbolt prevents only control from changing. The rest of the effect is applies as normal. You predator still burns a pool, and Miguel still untaps. [ quoted text not captured ]

Just to confirm, because of Miguel's "During X may do Y" templating, the predator can't then burn another pool immediately to try again, correct? - D.J.
