triggers. Vamp B comes to Meth A, who uses vamp B to play Eternal Mask
on smudge. Smudge gets burnt via any useable method. vamp B is now a
vegetable, right?

If "is a vegetable" means "has an Eternal Mask and no in-play way to get rid of
it", then yes. He could become animal again via, say, Cleansing Ritual.
