[LSJ] Storage Annex Timing Question

Storage Annex Location. Put a card from your hand facedown (out of play) on this card when you play it. You may look at the card at any time. During your master phase, you may exchange a card in your hand for the card on this Storage Annex. If the Storage Annex is stolen or burned, the card on it is stolen or burned as well. Do I replace the Storage Annex played (ie, redraw from my library) before choosing which card to put on it, or does the "when you play it" text on SA mean that I have to choose which card goes on it before redrawing?
