Phobia and Temptation need errata stating that control remains
with the controller of the vampire who brough the card into play.
(Similar to the errata on Shackles of Ekindu).
Otherwise, the "you" in card text (which always refers to the controller)
will render these two cards useless (Taking control of your own vampire
or preventing your own vampire from blocking one of your actions).
It is also possible that, like the Shackles, the "you" will always refer
to the controller of the vampire who brought the card into play - even if
that vampire changes controllers.
