The situation is this: Player A attempts to call a vote. player B has a minion with a Blessing. If the minion with a Blessing attempts to block player A can't play any cards requiring Presence. What determines an attempt to block? If the minion with Blessing doesn't even have 1 intercept to block can he still declare an attempted block that fails just so player A cannot play any Presence cards during the vote? Does Reform body require the reacting vampire being burnt to be in combat? If so, what about after Nakova's ability happens? Any attempt to block is an attempt to block, even if the minion making the attempt never has enough intercept. Note that the minion chosen must be capable of blocking (i.e., he cannot be the subject of an Incriminating Video of the acting minion, the action must be blockable, etc.). > Does Reform body require the reacting vampire being burnt to be in combat? The 4 damage from Nakova's special occurs during combat. Upon re-reading the question, it occurs that you may be asking about reforming Nakova, which you can do. However, since this happens "instead" of burning her, the opposing minion takes no damage from Nakova's special. [ quoted text not captured ]
