sucessful hunt action (lsj)

A 5-cap sabbat vampire with 2 blood, perfectionist, harvest rites and vamperic disease takes an unblocked hunt action and no reactions were played. How much blood does it end up with (and why)?

How much blood does it end up with (and why)? I'd say it gains 1, from Perfectionist. (Ending up with 3 blood) Perf gives blood after the action, so it's not part of the hunt. HR gives "an additional blood" when hunting, so that is lost due to VD
