Some of the "Turbo Decks" you might see referenced work on bringing out a vampire, having that vampire do a handful of actions and then burning the vampire... to then bring out a new copy of the vampire and repeat that set of actions... over and over again. So not only is it legal, it is sometimes a key tactic for a deck.
