Krakens kiss

this have probaly been asked before, but i counldn't find any desent answers anywhere so im gonna ask anyway ;) Can krakens kiss be done aggravated ? I would say yes because of the way we have to threat thau. strikes (but i think i might be wrong it being a ranged strike and all). And if not is there ant other reasons other than the ranged for it not be able ? thx :)
