I have some questions about Mind Rape. What happens if a Mind Raped vampire
is:
a) Targetted by Malkavian Time Auction?
b) Selected for a Hostile Takeover?
c) The target of Temptation of Greater Power?
d) Mind Raped by another Methuselah?

The controller changes. When the Mind Rape counters are all gone,
the Mind Rape is burned, but it has no other effect.
> d) Mind Raped by another Methuselah?
The same effect, but if the second Mind Rape is burned before the
first (bonus points to anyone who can say how this could be), then
control reverts to the first mind rape until it is burned (and
control passes back to the original controller).

Gotta love that Goth band. (If it could move counters off cards you own,
it'd be worthwhile to make a deck based around them)

The counters come off during untap, right?
Well, if a vampire had 2 counters from a Methuselah, and then a second
Methusalah MRs the same vampire, the second Meth could have his counters
come off first if a 1st Tradition: Masquerade is in play. The first
Meth decides to skip a turn instead of paying the pool for a turn. Also,
someone could target the counters with a Goth Band.

Wait... Mind Rape counters are removed based on end-of-controller's-turn,
right ?
Easy. Have one player play more turns than the other... this could be done
through the 6th Tradition: the Masquerade, or more coolly, by using a
succession of Kindred Restructures (or that other vote that lets you just
swap places with another meth).
I've been thinking about setting this up with a friend: bring two vote
decks to the table, filled with Kindred Restructures. When both decks are
ready, pick one of the decks' prey, make her lose some pool, then
Restructure the table so that your buddy is now the next player with the
chose prey as his prey. Let him bleed her some more, then Restructure.
Alternate between both decks, never letting the other players play anymore...
In the end it will the two allies vs each other, but well...
Ugly, sure. Collusion, of course. But it would be fun to try. Once.

Correct,

Correct. Very good.

Alas, Goth Band can only target counters on *Master Cards*, so won't
be useful here.

No, they are removed during untap (card text)

1st Tradition would work, yes.

Kindred Restructure and Dramatic Upheaval would both work if used
properly.
Very good (I hadn't considered that one - just 1st Tradition).
