Sabine question

I believe Sabine is the one who can transfer her blood to other Tremere in the game, can she also do that on uncontrolled Tremere? Just wondering...

No. By default, nothing affects uncontrolled vampires. To affect an uncontrolled vampire, the effect must state such explicitly. -- L.
