Will the [obe] or [OBE] text on Heaven's Gate add life to a Shambling Hordes or will the "never gain life counters" section of Shambling Hordes kick in and send the hordes bock to the ash heap? I'm thinking the latter but just want to make sure. Thanks, Dave SHAMBLING HORDES Ally requiring Necromancy Cost: 3 blood Zombie with 3 life. O bleed, O Strength. [nec] When Shambling Hordes enters play, remove an ally or vampire in your ash heap from the game or burn Shambling Hordes. Shambling Hordes gets +1 strength for each life counter it has. shambling Hordes can never gain life counters; any life counters it gains go to the blook bank instead. Shambling hordes can enter combat with any ready minion controlled by another Methuselah as a (D) action. [NEC] As above, with 4 life. HEAVEN'S GATE Obeah/Necromancy Cost: 1 blood Only usable by a ready untapped vampire not involved in combat. [nec] Prevent 1 damage to an ally in combat. [obe] Only usable when an ally is burned in combat. Move that ally to his or her controller's uncontrolled region (controlled, but not ready) instead. Put 1 life on the ally from the blood bank if he or she has no life. [OBE] As [obe] above, but add up to 2 life to the ally, not to exceed his or her starting amount.

[ quoted text not captured ] This has already been asked one way or another a couple of times already, so I'm going to teach you how to search the newsgroup. I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm trying to help. If you don't use Google to post to the newsgroup, that's fine, it is kinda ugh, but it is great for searching. Go to www.google.com, Groups, find the newsgroup. In this case, I searched for "heaven shambling" and found the answer pretty quick. Also, "heaven shambling author:lsj" makes sure you find threads that LSJ responded to. Give a man a fish, and he eats today. Teach a man to search the newsgroup and he won't have time to eat anymore!
