Quick Anachronism question

If Anachronism is placed on a Vampire are all ranged weapons he acquires thereafter immediately burned? What about if he steals a weapon during combat, plays disguised weapon, or gets an "illusionary" weapon with Horrid Reality? Instantly gone? Thanks.
