LSJ: Ritual Of The Bitter Rose Q

Hi, Questions about Ritual of the Bitter Rose. 1) Is RotBR only applicable toward Diablerize action, or can i also use it for Sacrifice of the Lamb? 2) In a given combat, could i use it if i burned the opposing vamp with a massive agg damage combo, or only with Amarant? GP41

I scratched my head trying to find a thing that can burn a vampire in combat witth a lot of blood on him without using amaranth.
