Yes.

I believe so. I think the gaining and losing of pool are mutually
exclusive.
> 2b- If I have only a vampire of 3 cap, do I lose 2 pool ?
That would be your net. +3 - 5 = -2

No. 1 vote for the Prisci subvote and 1 regular vote. So she could
vote "No" for the Prisci subvote (determining how the 3 Prisci votes
will be cast) and "Yes" during regular voting, for example.
> 4a- Does Entombment works at long range ?
No. No strike cards work at long range unless stated otherwise in
the card text.

No, see above.

Yes because it is after the referrendum phase of the Political Action.

Yes, see above.

Yes. (You gain 3 then burn 5, net loss of 2.)

1 prisci vote, 1 main referendum vote.
Any votes usable in the priscus vote have to say in large flashing neon
letters (or equivalent thereof) "in the Prisci vote".

No. All strikes work at close range unless otherwise stated.

No, as per 4a.

Actually, I can find no mention in the new Rules Book regarding not
replacing any cards during a political action. (You could always replace
the card you used to call it, whilst your were still seeing if you were
being blocked, but other cards thrown down during the referendum couldn't
be replaced.)
Potentially, it was dropped because with the limitation to 1 political
action card for a vote per Methuselah, the potential for abuse of
replacing is greatly lessened. I don't recall, however, seeing it
mentioned as over-turned by the Rules Team.

My apologies. I can now see that political action cards burned during a
referendum for a vote aren't replaced.
I still can't see anything about action modifiers or similar.

"*Important:* No Methuselahs draw to replace cards during a
referendum."

<PEDANT>
You mean 'independent,' not 'mutually exclusive.' If the events
were mutually exclusive, only one of the pair would happen, but
that is not the case with AInf. The pool gain event and the pool
loss event are independent -- it doesn't matter to one what the
status of the other is.

But we know that's what you meant.

Ok, but can I choose the same brujah as a target for all the Brujah
Debate ( a la Toreador Grand Bal ) ?
Thanks,

Yes. You must, in fact, unless you have more than one at the "highest"
capacity.
