[Q] "Only usable once each combat"

1/ Lupo has one Gas-Powered Chainsaw and one Ghoul Retainer. Can he strike with the chainsaw, press, then strike with hands while the Ghoul "uses" the chainsaw? 2/ Same as above, except that Lupo has two Ghouls Retainers. Can he strike with hands while both Ghouls "use" the Chainsaw? --Gor
