Barron, The becoming a Barron

If The Barron has Into the fire played on him, Then plays Go Anarch! does he get his 2 votes back? My guess is yes. If he then plays Fee Stake Corte does does he then lose the 2 votes on his card again? My guess is yes.

The title is inactive as long as he remains non-anarch.
