Now that the DT has gone back to the separation of blocking from combat (and untap effects like Cat's Guidance and sup. Freak Drive must now be played *before* combat) what about this scenario: V1 bleeds M2. V2 blocks V1. V1 plays superior Freak Drive to untap (before combat). V2 plays superior Obedience to untap (avoiding combat). What is V1's untap status? Obedience, where it should say "The acting vampire is not untapped" actually says "The acting vampire is tapped." (again, an oversight of the card writers who were expecting the rules to follow one path when the DT makes them follow another path - cf. (D) symbols). -- ----- L.
