question about tapping vampires (LSJ)

Hello all did the combat tap a vampire?, if i make a bum rush that isn't intercepted with an untapped vampire is him tapped after combat? or it remains untapped? another one about combat; if the opposit minion plays a blood of acid can i skin my strike or i have to strike with hands? bye! Geb

I'm not sure what 'skinning your strike' means, but you must choose a strike at the appropriate point in the combat. If you have no other strike available that you want to use, you must strike with hands, yes. Note that Skin of Steel will not prevent Blood of Acid's damage, but Skin of Rock (and other Fortitude cards that do not specify 'damage from a strike') will work fine. gomi -- Individually, I love you all with affection unspeakable; but, collectively, I look upon you with a disgust that amounts to absolute detestation.
