LSJ: Angelo's release date?

I'm still looking for Angelo's official release date. If it was posted I missed it and there's still nothing on the promo card list (http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes/index.php?line=checklist_Promos). It could make a difference to a tournament deck I'm building so it would be nice to know as soon as is feasible. Thanks, Fred
