For 10 pool, you should at least get both disciplines at superior.
Drop Angus.

For 8 pool you should at least get both disciplines at superior.
Drop Quinton.
As a general rule, when spending 6 or more pool on a vampire they
should have all of the disciplines that you are planning to use at
superior. Double up on the vampires that have both at superior,
Camille, Badger, Gitane. If you really have to go higher than 6, you
need to get a lot of benefit from their special abilities and that
vampires you have chosen aren't very special.
You only have to have 12 cards in your crypt not 12 unique vampires.
A number of very successful decks have been made with only 4-6 different
vampires with multiple copies of each in the crypt but only one copy of
each vampire in play.

As you can only play 1 per turn, you should never go above 16-20
without also playing other cards that let you play them more often.
Most games will last 10-12 turns max once you and your opponents are
comfortable with the game.

Get rid of this card. Vampires can hunt. That is what they should
do to regain blood, in very few situations should you ever want to put
blood back on them from your pool.

Get rid of these and fast. It takes 4 turns to gain a profit
from playing this card during which time you play zero other
master cards. Unless you are playing with Anson (Toreador) this
card should not even be considered for your deck.
> Short Term Investment - 4
Either get rid of the Ascendances or the STI's. I would get
rid of the Ascendances because you don't have any long term
gain from them but you only gain 1 more from the STI's and
you have to pay a pool to bring them into play.
Remember, you cannot play another master card if you pull a
blood off of an investment card. I would recommend Blood Dolls
over all the cards that I have mentioned so far. They allow
you to regain pool, put pool on vampires if necessary and don't
take up the master phase actions on other turns.
A game winning tactic is to have a small vamp or two with Blood
Dolls hunting every turn to constantly bring blood back into your
pool, which you can then use to bring out more vampires. Eventually,
your predator or prey will start trying to block these hunting actions
but hunting is at +1 stealth so it will not be easy for them.

Yes, they screwed up printing it. It is an action card not a master card.
> The Fifth Tradition: Hospitality - 2
You only have 1 vampire that can play the 4th or the 5th Tradition
and I recommended earlier that you yank him. Yank these 4 cards as well.

You certainly seem to plan on going to torpor a lot. Without some
way of reliably going to torpor (Day Operation) I would probably
remove these and use just about anything else. Computer Hacking
for example. As the point of the game is to remove the opponents
pool, cards that help you do that will help speed up your deck,
and Speed is Good (TM).

With only two vote cards and only 3 vampires with votes, these
will almost never pass in anything but a 2 player game. Ditch them
or add more vote gaining cards like Gangrel Justicar or any of the
Praxis Seizure cards.

As a general rule equipment is too slow to bother with.
Keep the Ivory Bow because long range aggravated damage is always
a good thing but the rest should go and should be replaced with
Protean combat cards. Unless you are doing the running away
(maneuvering to long) IR Goggles will be a wasted action for you.

Get rid of Fake Out and replace with Form of the Ghost. Replacing
cards is essential to a good combat deck (or any other deck really).
More below.
> Boxed In - 2
Get rid of this and put in Gleam of the Red Eyes for your presses.
You want to be able to cycle your cards as much as possible. It is
better to replace that press card and draw your Lucky Blow than it
is to play your press and be with 6 cards until the end of combat.
> Blood Rage - 2
Blood Rage was misprinted. It is a thaumaturgy strike
not a fortitude strike. Take it out.

You know of course that officially there is no card limit in Jyhad.
You may have more than 4 of every card in your deck. I assume that
most of your limits are going to be from simply not having more
rather than anything else, but thought I might remind you anyway.
If you want to use equipment, Laptop Computers are much better than
the combat based ones you have chosen. With your Wolf Claws and Claws
of the Dead, you won't see combat reach a second round more often
than not because your opponent will be in torpor (unless they can
avoid your damage by preventing or dodging). A last reminder, the
point of the game is to remove your prey's pool. Things that help
you do that are good and things that don't should be carefully
considered.
