Mask 1000k [LSJ]

I never really got this question answered and my google searches are coming up close, but not concrete. There is one ruling from like 1997, but can I trust it? Alicia Barrows attempts a bleed action against my prey, who plays a Wake on one of his tapped vampires and attemps to block. Can Aristotle de Laurent play SUPERIOR Mask of 1000k to take over that action? The resulting bleed would then be at +2 stealth (+1 from Aristotle's cardtext and +1 from Sup. Mask). thanks, Nat
