A variation on the DCI tournament rules. SPTR is created by the Corrupter
to fix various problems he (and others, incl. myself) has with the official
rules - notable Vote Pushing and Repat Actions, but also extending to the
redefintion of "directed" actions - eliminating the
omni-directability-granting power that the RT has given the (D) symbol.
