Recure of the Homeland + Mirror Walk

Simply put: Jacob the Glitch is in torpor. He attempts a Recure of the Homeland action (or even a regular "leave torpor" action; it doesn't matter for this example). Lambach attempts to block, with Enhanced Senses. Jacob plays Mirror Walk at superior. Lambach is still successfully blocking. Mirror Walk at superior says: "...if this action is blocked, the action ends (with no combat)." Does this also stop Lambach from committing diablerie? Probably yes, but I wanted to confirm it.
