[Question] Successful Action vs. Successful Bleed

This just came up in a game, and I'm wondering about the answer: Is a bleed for 0 considered a successful action? I know it's not a successful bleed (see Telepathic Counter, Spying Mission) but the action might still be successful if it was never blocked (see the rules). This is important for cards like Marked Path, which require that an action is successful before it is played. So, is an unblocked bleed for 0 considered a successful action? John Baker
