A question has come up in my circle of players that we haven't
been able to resolve. If a vampire is burned, can another
methuselah bring out the same vampire?

Yes. The same Methuselah could even bring out the same vampire again
(assuming she has more than one in her crypt - or that Giovanni/Necro
card that pulls burned vampires out of the ash heap).

Yes a burned vampire is not a controlled or ready vampire so there is no
penalty for bringing the same one out again.
