Here is the situation:
I use Wolf claws to inflict Ag. Damage. My opponent plays a Skin of
Rock (or Skin of Steel). Does that card prevent the Ag. Damage? Or
does it go through and he only can prevent normal damage?

Damage prevention cards prevent any sort of damage.

Skin of Rock prevents 1 or 2 damage. Assuming your hand damage is only
1 or 2 (you didn't play Undead Strength with Zac, say) it will prevent
it. Prevent Damage will prevent either normal or aggro damage and if a
strike does both types of damage and you can only prevent some of it,
you can choose which to prevent first.
One of the Sabbat cards will only prevent non-aggravated damage at one
particular level, and Flesh of Marble won't at inferior.

This one is easy. Damage prevention cards can prevent normal or aggravated
damage. In addition, if both types are dealt (say 1 point of normal and 2 points
of aggravated as when the cheesy Zip Gun/Dragons's Breath Rounds), the
vampire that played the damage prevention may choose which type of damage to
prevent first. In the case cited, a Skin of Rock could be used to prevent the 2
aggravated damage butn not the 1 normal damage.
Only a card that specifically prohibits preventing agg damage
performs like that. See Resilience for an example.
