Blooded Sand

Izhim has a Tattoo Signal and Helicopter on him. Izhim diablerizes Arika, goes to full blood, plays Lay Low to get around the blood hunt. Djuhah plays Undue Influence at qui. Out pops Izhim. 1) Is Izhim untapped? I would assume yes as a trip through uncontrolled untaps a vamp, see Descent into darkness 2) Is the cards on him untapped? Same reasoning, see above for descent. Lay Low Type: Action Modifier/Combat Requires: anarch Cost: 1 blood Requires an anarch. Only usable when a blood hunt referendum passes and would burn this anarch. Move this anarch to the uncontrolled region (breaking any temporary control effects). Any cards and counters on this vampire remain with him or her (but are out of play as long as the vampire remains uncontrolled). Undue Influence Type: Action Requires: anarch Chimerstry/Presence/Quietus +1 stealth action. Requires a ready anarch. Choose a vampire in your uncontrolled region. [chi] (D) Move 1 blood from an uncontrolled minion in any uncontrolled region to the chosen vampire. [pre] (D) Bleed. If the bleed is successful, put 1 blood counter on the chosen vampire. [qui] Put 1 blood counter on the chosen vampire. If the number of counters equals or exceeds his or her capacity, move that vampire to your ready region.

[ quoted text not captured ] No, Shakar does not say tap to enter combat. If it did, then you would be able to untap it, but as it does not, you cannot. The only way to remove NRA taint is to take a trip through the ash heap
