Question for LSJ: Can an Anarch take the 4-vote title of Liason from the Rise of the Nephitali? Perhaps an even larger question: It there a difference between Anarchs and Independents? I always assumed they were two seperate sects. -Vin

Vincent A. Crisafulli expounded: [ quoted text not captured ] All anarch vampires are members of the Independent Sect. Anarch isn't a Sect -it's an attribute (or something -not a sect though).

[ quoted text not captured ] All Anarchs are independents, just like all Black Hand are Sabbat[1] [1] Well, at least initially. Vamps with "Black Hand" printed on them can change sects and keep their Black Hand status...but you know what I mean. --Colin McGuigan

Attribute is what I've been calling such things ("gun", "anarch", etc.), yeah. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. This is important because it means that if you use Into the Fire on merged Dominique, she is no longer Anarch nor Baron of Paris. Note that this is different from taking an inherently Black Hand vamp (not a Blooded one) Out of the Frying Pan - they retain their Handedness. Black Hand is more of an attribute, Anarch is really a subsect. Oh, and Liason is definitely claimable by Anarchs. I actually incorporated it into my Jack's Rant deck from the May newsletter - it's another great reason to use big Anarchs. Eric Simon Prince of Chicago Anarch Newsletter Writer

well time for the stupid question - just to get it out of the way. vampires cannot hold two titles, correct? so one cannot be a liaison and a baron, correct?
