SW starters

Hi. I only recently received my lot of Sabbat War cards; one box of boosters and four starters. All was going well until I reached the !Brujah starter. After rifleing through the first few vamps, I noticed there were three copies of Victor in a row, and then another one later. The first fifteen cards were all vampires. I thought this to be a bit strange and apon counting the total number of cards, was perturbed to find I had only 79 cards. Somewhere in the middle of the starter were another 5 Amelia's and two more Victor's. Among the cards missing were Taste of Vitae (grrr...), Direct intervention (GRRR), and Immortal Grapple (ARRGGHH!!!). No problems with the Brujah starter deck that I purchased, but I am unable to find any other starter decks. Are there decks for Tzimisee? What new Tzimesee or Brujah antitribu vampires are there? I have seen Amelia and Evangeline, butwas disapointed that I did not find any small ( <4) Tzimisee. Whas there a Lasambra starter deck? I would like to trade for vampires that are new in the Sabbat Wars edition. I have many rare cards from the Jyhad, VtES, and the Sabbat editions.
