nope.

Malkavian Dementia has been ruled as an exception; the justification given
is that it wears off "at the beginning of your next untap phase," which
has been ruled as 'before anything untaps.' this ruling is under contention
by the net.camarilla.

i'm afraid you're incorrect, and have been using your MVH in contravention
of the rules. combat does not tap a vampire; taking an action, blocking
an action, inferior celerity Distraction, Misdirection, Consanguineous
Condemnation, Disarming Presence, Anarch Troublemaker, and use of certain
special abilities (cf. Mariel - Lady Thunder) tap vampires, but the mere
act of entering combat does not. Exempli gratia: Justine - Elder of Dallas,
who does not tap to block vampires of capacity 3 or less. If she did not tap
to block, but tapped to enter combat, her ability would be virtually useless,
would it not?
in short, Bum's Rush does not tap its victim.

1) In the jyhad faq it says that torpored vampires can be targeted by
Minion tap and Gird Minion, yet a WOTC rep told me that vampires
in torpor can not be targeted unless the card specifies 'vampires
in torpor'. Are these the only 2 exceptions??
2) If you Sudden Reverse a Giant;s Blood can someone else still
play it and get its effects??
3) In the rules it says untapping always happens before effects
happen during yyour untap phase. Are you saying that Malkavian
Dementia is different?? You give the vampire back tapped if it
was at the start of your turn?
4) When they say that Bum's Rush does not tap the vampire it was
directed at, they mean that it will be tapped if combat ensues
with that vampire. right? Because I use my Muddled fror the sole
purpose of tapping vampires by going into combat with them. Unless
of course it is blocked then the blocking vampire becomes tapped and
combat ensues.

No. All cards affecting vampires can affect torpored vampires
unless the card excludes them (saying "Ready vampire" or whatever).
Uncontrolled vampires can not be targeted unless the card specifies
'uncontrolled vampire'

No. Card played, but cancelled.

You lse control of the Malk before your untap phase begins, so
you don't untap it since you don't control it.

No. Two things tap a minion: acting and blocking. That's it.

It's not an exception - you can't untap any other card you don't control, so
why allow you to untap a Malkavian you recently controlled, but no longer
control?

Peace be with you,
Yes, apparently they are (though they shouldn't be).

No, even when SRd, GB is considered played and the next one has no effect.

Yes, officially MD is an exception. The MDd vamp return tapped (if you tapped
it).

No, being involved in combat does _not_ tap you. Taking an action or successfully
blocking an action taps a minion. If you BR an untapped minion, that minion is
untapped after the combat is over. [if one of the target Meth's minions blocked
your BR, that minion would be tapped]

Good for you. Unfortunately, WotC is turning its back on the established players
by changing the card backs.

Better to say that combat does not in and of itself tap a
minion, and the tapped/untapped status of a minion is not changed by
combat. There are other card and special effects that tap a minion, and
it's a little safer to just say that combat doesn't affect the minion's
tapping status.

No. Combat does not tap a vampire.
BTW, how do you manage to do that? Unless you always play a Dodge,
it seems that either the opposing vampire is torporized, or
your MVH will be killed ...

Master cards may interact normally with vampires in torpor, unless of course
the card specifies a ready vampire. Also, vampires in torpor may not enter
combat, so a Haven Uncovered would be useless while its target was in torpor.
However, cards cannot interact with uncontrolled vampires unless they
specifically say so.
