I couldnt find an answer on this: What happens if you search for a card with Sybil's tongue that isnt there. Does it "fizzle"? Do you still pay the cost? Do you shuffle?can you freak at for after it? W

It doesn't "fizzle" per se, since you did indeed get to search. You paid the cost before you searched. You shuffle after your search is complete.
